I love to do these workouts and really like to make up my own combinations. I made this sheet for anyone who wants to try but also for myself. I have a little note book with them so here’s just a few. remember go at your own pace but push yourself. Even if its just one more than you want to.
I have a gymboss interval timer but you can also get an interval timer app but i’m sure you could also find one on the computer if need be.
If you’re unsure about anything please send me a message.

To all of my beautiful followers!

I just wanted to apologize for the inactivity of this blog for the past month. I’ve had a lot of thinking and things to do, and getting healthy wasn’t one of them, But now i’m going to get back on track. I’ve found my determination again. I’m ready to kick some ass. It’s go time.

I want to lose 20 pounds by June 23rd. Hardcore dieting and working out starts now.

Starting Weight: 174.4

Goal weight by June 23rd: 154.4

Super Goal Weight: 140

Waiting for Erica to get here and then we are going for a run, and then doing abs, and then later tonight i’m gonna do arms. It’s mothafuckin’ go time.

Oblique Abs

With total control and good posture, bring your elbow and knee together.

Make sure to keep this slow and always contract your core muscles.
